Sally PraschThis class will explore the use of artistic and scientific glassblowing techniques to create forms. Once you get the techniques down well, you can make anything. From putting things inside of things to goblets and more this class will help students of all levels. Catered to the individual bring you sketches and we will work from there. This class is a must for anyone wanting to bring their skills to a higher level.

About Sally:
Sally Prasch started working in glass in 1970 with Lloyd Moore. Received BFA, Applied Science and Scientific Glass Technology degrees. Teacher of flameworking at Pilchuck Glass School; Stanwood, WA; Urban Glass, Brooklyn, NY; Penland School of Crafts, Penland NC; Public Glass, CA; University of Michigan, Dearborn, MI; Niijima Glass Art Center, Japan; Snow Farms, Williamsburg, MA; Worcester Center for Crafts, Worcester MA. Sally has found glass to be a limitless media for expression, showing flexibility, sound, sharpness, size, and movement. Sally works both scientific and artistic glass and her work is shown worldwide.
